In case you are wondering where all this rain we are having in St. Louis is going to go, I've got an answer:

MY BASEMENT!

I have old towels on the floor in my workshop and in our storeroom to absorb the water; it is not a major issue but it still is water where I don't want it to be; I understand your brother (and neigbor) has the same issues. We may be cutting grass in a few weeks! Like I have said,"I would rather cut grass than shovel snow!"
