A basket full of wine corks on our kitchen counter. Many vineyards now use the artificial "corks" which aren't as cool, but at least some of them are now printing on them as well.
Taken with a Nikon D60, 18-55mm, f3.5 - 5.6 kit lens. ISO 100. 6 seconds at f8. Yeah, I used a tripod. No flash, lit by a small night light. Click on picture for a larger version.

Wow, that is a *lot* of wine corks!

AA anyone? LOL, I am joking. I just couldn't resist. What are you going to do with them? I always throw mine out, but often wish I had a use for them.

I like them in the basket as decoration in the kitchen, but I've also thought of making hot plates or a framed wall decoration with the actual cork ones. We have more in the attic!
